My Devotional Journal: Today's Our Daily Bread author, Marvin Williams… AT THIS LINK …   tells of an experienced snow-boarder who perished in an avalanche because he let his guard down and didn’t heed obvious avalanche warnings which were posted on the trail which led to his death.      

My friends, and fellow Christian readers, I pray we realize that God has given us ample warnings, thru His word, of what lies ahead; and all the Lord asks of us - as we take in God’s warnings in the Scriptures above - is to obey the warning signs He gives us thru His word.  

And, as Kristyn Getty sings in the linked song, we need to pray that God speaks clearly - which He does - and that we take heed and follow His perfect “GPS,” … i.e., His word.  

                         

My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, … for the warning signs you give us thru Your word. 

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I pray that all reading here will join me, … to seek and take heed of Your warning signs, Lord, to lead us on the dangerous trail we call life.    …  Amen
