Yes, we are fully confident, and we would rather be away from these earthly bodies, for then we will be at home with the Lord. 9 So whether we are here in this body or away from this body, our goal is to please Him.

The Apostle Paul shows fellow Christians what lies ahead for those who - IN FAITH - believe in Christ as Lord and Savior.

My Devotional JournalToday’s Our Daily Bread Author, Anne Cetas-  AT THIS LINK  -   wrote about her friend, Joann, who died from a stroke during the Carona pandemic; and the decision was made to change the venue of her home-going celebration to control the numbers as a protection for attendees.  And the online notice of that change read … Joann Warner - Changed Venue, which, of course had a double meaning since my friend definitely had a “change of venue” from this earthly dwelling to being with Christ forever in heaven.

And if my readers have taken in the linked song and meditated on the Scriptures shared herein, I’m praying “all y’all,” as we say in the South of the USA, KNOW - for sure - that when you leave this earth, it will be an eternal change of venue to be with Jesus, in heaven, … FOREVER!

So, if, … like me, … you know Jesus as Your Lord and Savior,  … join me with a resounding HALLELUJAH!!, because I’ll see you one day in our eternal home and change of venue in heaven.

My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, … for showing me the way … YOUR WAY … to be with You, Lord, forever.

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I pray. again today, that all reading here will join me today, … to celebrate where we’ll be with You, Lord, forever!.     … Amen
