My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread Author, Marvin Williams … AT THIS LINK     … described how electric vehicle owners on today’s highways were using up as much time as possible when charging their vehicles at designated charging stations across the country.  So the companies running the charging stations instigated a way to shut down a designated charger when it reached 80 percent of maximum charge, … forcing the vehicles to turn over their charging and let the next person in line to charge their vehicle.

But that’s not exactly the process which God’s word calls for Christians to serve others, is it?  No, God, in His word (see Scriptures shared above), calls on His faithful followers to set aside their own needs and humbly help others just as Jesus did when He washed the feet of His Disciples in the upper room (see photo) the night before He would die on a cross to save mankind from their sins. Oh, how I need to do more to serve the needs of others!   How about you?

.My Thanksgiving: … Oh, King Jesus, thank You, … Lord … for showing us the way (YOUR WAY) to serve others. 

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I praise You, Lord. … giving us the opportunity to serve others as You have served us.   … Amen
