My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread Author, Sheridan Voysey …  USE THS LNK -   … The ODB Author today compares the main character in the classic movie, Citizen Kane, with Solomon’s teachings in the book of Ecclesiastes.  And I think one of the clearest of those teachings can be found in comparing Ecclesiastes 5:13 with 12:13 (see those verses compared above).  

Solomon in Ecclesiastes, and God’s word shared in the verses above, seeks to teach God’s followers that the only way to have a fruitful life was - and IS - to have a deep and abiding relationship with God and to live their (our) lives for His glory.  That’s my intent … EVERYDAY.   How about you? 

My Thanksgiving: … Oh, King Jesus, thank You, … Lord … for calling us to live our lives for Your glory.

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... .again today, I seek to fill up my “TO DO” list, living for Your glory.   … Amen
