My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread Author, Nancy Gavilanes… AT THIS LINK      … wrote about taking a genealogy test and feeling uplifted to learn about where the ODB author came from and who was in her family.  And Nancy G connected this to reading the genealogies of Jesus in the Bible which show Christians to be a part of God’s family realized through faith in Christ as the Messiah and Lord of all..  .      

Oh how I pray that anyone reading my words here today are life up, hearing the linked song and reading of being a part of the legacy of God’s Spirit and sharing the lives of all those we read about in the Scriptures shared above.  Don’t you just want to say (or at least feel) a resounding ”HALLELUJAH”, knowing your (our) faith in Jesus as Messiah and Lord places all of us in the Family of God … FOREVER!  Even sitting here at my computer, writing these words, … I’m jacked (i.e., “heavenly uplifted”) about it!!   How about you?  

My Thanksgiving: … Oh, King Jesus, thank You, … Lord … for adopting me into Your family thru my faith in You.

 

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I praise You, … again Lord. … for showing us thru Your word about what you did on the cross to save us and bring us into Your family.  … Amen
