My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread Author, Lisa M Samra … AT THIS LINK       … relates how two rival soccer teams were playing and one tram scored a goal which went thru a hole in the net, which the referee couldn’t see and disallowed the goal.  But the coach of the rival team which didn’t score the goal, told the referee that the goal had been scored by their opponents, which ultimately led to his team losing the game and blessing his revivals with the victory.   Sometimes doing the right thing can be painful, … can it not?     

And when you, my fellow Christian readers, have taken in the linked song and meditated on the Scriptures shared above, i think we’d all agree that doing the right thing, .., the Godly thing in helping others, .,, is the way God is calling His chosen and faithful followers to live.   The question is … ARE WE?     

My Thanksgiving: … Oh, King Jesus, thank You, … Lord … for showing us Your way of living … to be a blessing to others.  

 

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I praise You, … Lord. … for giving Your children the enabling grace to be a blessing to others.   … Amen
