My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread Author, Amy Boucher Pie  …  USE THS LNK      …  relates a story about Julie, a Christians girl, who began to sing Scripture passages during her morning “quiet” time, trying to dispel her negative self image.  And Julie reported, singing from Song of Solomon in God’s word (see Highlight passage) about how God chooses to love even those whom the world rejects … recognizing and saying,  “God loves me even though I am not perfect.”

As my readers take in the linked song, and God’s word shared above, depicting the truth of God’s love for ALL of His children, we need to come away, as Julie was in the ODB entry today, feeling loved by our God, … Who chose us - no matter what we look like to the world - to be His own beloved Children.  I’m in for all of that!   How about you?
