My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread Author, Alyson Kieda …  USE THS LNK  -        …  related memories of loving and learning to sing the words to the old hymn, ”Count Your Blessings”.   And then later in her life, when her husband was down or facing trials, he would have the ODB author sing the words to that hymn, which would take his mind off his troubles and calm his spirits. 

Perhaps some of my readers are in a place where you need to take your minds off your troubles and to remember all the blessings which God has brought into your life.  It’s a truth that I need to remember right now, as I deal with some personal challenges.   What about you?  Do you, as I do, need to count your blessings.  How about we do it right now?
