My Devotional Journal: Today's Our Daily Bread author, Alyson Kieda, AT THIS LINK writes of being encouraged and uplifted by seeing a single, bright sunflower bloom in a field of weeds and wildflowers [see photo], reminding the author of God’s unchanging, unflagging, steadfast love/grace in the midst of trying times.
And immediately, after taking in the ODB entry and finding the linked song as well as the photo to illustrate God’s quiet-time thought for me today, I asked myself … “What can I do today to become a “Son” flower for someone in the midst of these pandemic and stressful times?”
I’m gonna try; … how about you? Will you join me to try our best to be a “Son” flower of encouragement for someone today?

My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh Abba Father, ... thank You, Lord, … for giving me Your Spirit to become a bit of brightness for someone today.

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... I pray, Lord, that all reading here will join me, to do all we can today to shine Jesus light in this ever darkening world. … Amen
