My Devotional Journal: Today's Our Daily Bread author, Sheridan Voysey, AT THIS LINK relates a story of a young man with self confidence issues who gained confidence in himself when we was saved, realizing that he was loved and cared for in the “family of God.”
And I pray that all reading here can stand in from of a mirror and say what that young man said when he realized that he was a member of God’s family, … saying, “You are loved, … you are beautiful, … you are gifted, … ”
When we recognize the truth of the Scriptures above and that we are loved and gifted by God, … heirs to His throne of grace, … we can sing along with Bill Gaither today and all days, … (see linked song), … “We are a part of the family of God!!”
