My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread from Marvin Williams …  USE THIS LINK       … wrote about the Transit Agency of Central Kentucky (T.A.C.K.), who contracted to install a 22 foot statue outside their office, depicting an enormous THUMBTACK to call attention to their location (see photo).  It certainly was a powerful depiction of their location.   

And the ODB author today felt that the enormous thumbtack was an illustration of God displaying His mighty power, just as He did for Daniel in the Lion’s den, which caused Darius, Daniel’s king, to openly testify to the power of Daniel’s God (see Highlight passage), Who was (and is) all-powerful … ALWAYS.  I certainly bow down to and seek our God’s power EVERY DAY.   I don’t need a giant thumbtack to remind me where my God resides.   How about you?   

My Thanksgiving: … Oh, King Jesus, thank You …Lord, … for being my power and strength EVERY DAY! 

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, … thank You, Lord, for providing Your strength and power to Your chosen and faithful children.  … Amen
