My Devotional JournalToday's Our Daily Bread author, Xochitl Dixon … AT THIS LINK   tells of her husband coaching little league baseball (see photo) and finding it challenging to show the young boys that just trying their best carries a victory of its own, especially when the winning score was so emphasized as victory by the world.

However, if my readers have taken in the deep meaning of the linked song by Mercy Me; and you believe in the Scriptures above, as I do, then we have to come away with God’s reality that we Christians are going to face many trials and troubles and set-backs in this world; but, as long as we recognize that our suffering is for God’s glory, then God’s Spirit, … as our ultimate Coach in life, … sees us as God’s winners!!

My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, … for being Your winner, Lord, a I face Your trials today.

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I pray that all reading here will join me, … to come away as Your winners, Lord, as we deal with the trials which we face for Your glory.   Amen
