My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread Author, Karen Huang … AT THIS LINK       … shared a story about a woman, named Letty, who was known at her work site for working very fast, trying to avoid others, having been deeply hurt in the past by the condescension of others.  But when a fellow worker reached out and befriended Letty, she began to heal. 

That’s what Jesus did for the leper in the ODB Highlight passage (shared above), didn’t He?  And that’s what He’ll do for any of us who need His healing touch.  And that’s what He calls all, who know Him as Lord and Savior, … calling on us to reach out to others (see photo), as we read in God’s word shared above.  That’s what I pray I’ll do today when God gives me the opportunity.   How about you?         

My Thanksgiving: … Oh, King Jesus, thank You, … Lord … for reaching out to touch my life with your love and grace. 

 

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I praise You, … Lord. … for calling us to reach out today to share Your healing touch with others. .  … Amen
