My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread Author,  Amy Boucher Pie … AT THIS LINK       … writes about a prominent Minister’s wife, Josephine Butler, who fought hard to have unjust laws repealed which harshly and unjustly treated poor women in England in the 19th Century.  And this crusading woman formed a strong women’s coalition to bring an end to these unjust laws in her day. 

And, once again, …  if my readers have taken the time to listen to the linked song and meditate on the Scriptures shared above, I’m sure you feel God’s call - as do I - that we need to do all we can to insure that EVERYONE is treated with God’s love and grace.  Personally, I think we can do more to care for the oppressed in our world. …  Don’t you?
