Devotional Song: ... GO TO THIS LINK ...    Please take the time to take in song and lyrics from Gordon Mote singing  Mercy Walked In … poignantly singing of how God’s mercy is always there for the repentant sinner.

Set free from the shackles of sin !!!

Highlight Passage:  Hebrews 6:10 [ESV] ...

Blessed is the one whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered.  2  Blessed is the man against whom the Lord counts no iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no deceit.

God blesses the man, as He did with David, who is willing to confess and repent of his sin.

My Devotional Journal: Today's Our Daily Bread author, Arthur Jackson, AT THIS LINK writes about a young man, named “Mack,” who found freedom from past habitual sexual sin in an abiding relationship with Christ

Oh how yours truly identifies with this ODB entry; because three decades ago, like young Mack in the ODB entry and King David testifying in Psalm 32, I found the truth of the reference scriptures above, which proclaim the freedom any true Christian can find in God’s mercy and grace.

And oh how I pray, as did David in Ps. 139:23-24 that all reading here have discovered the truth of what God promises in John 8:31-32 and 1John 1:9 … that He will cleanse and set anyone free of past sins [see photo], just as He did King David when that repentant sinner-king was willing to humbly and genuinely confess of his sins.

So, I pray, fellow Christian, … that you take in Gordon Mote’s song of forgiveness and come before God’s throne of grace and let God’s mercy walk into your life.

My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh Abba Father, ... thank You, Lord, … for setting me free from my past sins when I was willing to genuinely confess and repent.

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... I pray that all reading here will join me to go to the cross and be cleansed and set free from any past or current sin[s].  … Amen
