My Devotional JournalToday's Our Daily Bread author, Marvin Williams … AT THIS LINK writes about Martha Pullen, a gifted seamstress who was inducted into the Sewing Hal Of Fame in 2005 and was described as .. ”“a Proverbs 31 woman who … never failed to publicly acknowledge God as the source of her strength, inspiration, and blessings.”

And Martha Pullen reminded the ODB author of a biblical seamstress, … Tabatha, … in the highlight passage, who was described in Scripture (Acts 9) as a faithful servant of God who used her skills and talents (i.e., her God-given gifts) for God’s glory. And the ODB entry calls our attention to God’s call for all born-again servants of God to seek out and use the gift(s) God has given to us, … helping others … for God’s glory.

And I’m calling on any/all of my readers today to do a self-inventory, asking ourselves if we are REALLY using the gifts/talents God has given to us to serve others in the Name of and for the Glory of our Lord?

My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, … for giving me gifts of teaching and encouragement to serve You, Lord, today.

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I pray. again today, that all reading here will join me, … to use the gifts/talents You have given us, Lord, to serve and glorify Your Name. … Amen
