My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread  Author -  Brent Hackett  … AT THIS LINK  - to the historical story of a young woman in a town in England in the 19th century who, for several months, wandered about in the town, speaking a strange language and claiming to be the princess “Caraboo” from the Island of “Javasu,” all of which was a lie.  The people where fooled for several months, treating the woman like royalty; … but finally they recognized her masquerade.       

The point of today’s ODB entry, and the Scriptures above, was to call for all - genuine - born-again Christians to love one another in such a genuine way that others in the world will recognize that they (we) are disciples of Christ, sharing God’s love as the Lord has called on us to share.    

So, what can we do … TODAY … to share God’s love with others?  I’ll leave it to you, my readers, to work that one out with God’s Spirit today and then again tomorrow.        

My Thanksgiving: … Oh, King Jesus, thank You pointing me to be Your disciple today, loving others the way you loved us.  

  

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I pray. again today, that all reading here will join me, … to reach out with God’s love for any and all who need His love and grace today.      …  Amen
