My Devotional Journal: Today's Our Daily Bread author, Cindy Hess Kasper, AT THIS LINK tells of a family with 10 kids, moving from a warm climate to Michigan and being helped by new neighbors who donated winter clothing (see photo) to outfit the family for the northern winter. 

And that’s a good story to illustrate what Matthew West sings about in the linked song, ... which is a song that gets under my emotional “skin,” … calling Christians to express the attitude of our Lord (see Phil 2:3-5) by helping others who need it.  

Ouch, … that zinged me!!  … How about you?  

My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh Abba Father, ... thank You, Lord, … for showing me that we can do more to help others. 

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... I pray that all reading here will join me to reach out and do more, maybe today, with the attitude of Christ, to help others in need.   … Amen
