But the context of the lesson in today’s ODB entry was that all our decisions make a difference, like the one made in the highlight passage, when young Joseph was tempted by the wife of Potiphar, Joseph’s house master, showing Joseph made the quick decision to flee from the temptress, resulting in his imprisonment.
The primary lesson today, however, was from repeated admonishments from the Apostle Paul in the Reference Scriptures above to do al we can, as disciples of Christ, to flee from sexual sin and run to the power and grace, thru God’s word and His Spirit, to walk in freedom and purity for God’s glory. …
Well over two decades ago, my God, having delivered me from years of sexual addiction and delivering me to walk with in freedom with Jesus, … called me lead a ministry out of my church to help others flee from those lustful patterns of sin and to serve the Lord for His glory. The ministry is called ”Battle Plan Ministry;” and my readers can google it to learn more. But PTL, … God will always give His empowering grace to help any surrendered Christian to run to our Lord and to flee from lustful sin. And I pray that for anyone, reading here, who needs to flee to God’s freedom today.
My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, … for showing me Your way to flee from sexual sin and to walk in Your freedom, Lord, today.
My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I pray that all reading here will join me, … flee from all youthful and lustful sin, which Satan will use to do battle against God’s chosen ones. … AMEN
