… The Apostle Paul testifies of the transformation in his own life just as as Jesus did for him by dying so that he, Paul, (and we) might live to serve the Lord.      

                                                                                                                          

My Devotional Journal: Today's Our Daily Bread author, Cindy Hess Kasper … AT THIS LINK …  tells of a young man attending a B.J. Thomas concert after the singer had come to surrender his life to Christ and turning his life around to serve Jesus with all the singer did on stage and in his life.     

And that’s what the ODB entry taught, with conviction, today … that we, as disciples of Christ, must be willing to live our lives, GIVING OUR ALL, to serve our Lord    

The question for me from the linked song and the Scriptures above - and perhaps for you - is … ARE WE willing to be living sacrifices (see Romans 12:1) to serve our Lord, King Jesus 24/7 with all we think, say, and do?            

My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, …all You’ve done to give me the grace to serve You. 

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I pray that all reading here will join me, … to do ALL we can, Lord, to serve You today.    … AMEN
