My Devotional JournalToday’s Our Daily Bread Author, Jennifer Benson Schuldt -  AT THIS LINK  -   tells of a mother eagle, who lost and searched for her mate and had to take over all the duties of single parenting her eaglets in the nest, …  which she did, …  illustrating that God will provide His strength, as Steven Curtis Chapman sings in the linked song

I don’t think I doubt that any reader with me here today hasn’t been confronted with situations in life where we felt overwhelmed or too weak to handle.  So what do we do in such situations?  Well, we (MUST) look to God for His strength and direction; and that is the outcome of all of the Scriptures above, isn’t it?

So, I’m stopping to pray that we all have meditated on and believe these truths from God’s word; and we fall back on them for strength when we’re feeling weak or needing God’s strength, which, as Steven Curtis Chapman sings, will always be there when we need it. Do you need that strength today?

My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, … for Your strength, Lord, which is there for me  … ALWAYS!!

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I’m praying today that those who read with me here will join me to seek Your strength, Lord, today; … and then again tomorrow. …   Amen

Thank you Father God, for giving us your strength when we are weak. Thank you for the time when you gave me the strength to cope when I started a new job and felt overwhelmed - that was 12 years ago and now I am enjoying the job as my best one yet and it's not too much. Thank you for your faithfulness m
