My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread Author, Kirsten Holmberg - AT THIS LINK - - tells of a group of Christian women who formed a knitting circle who took on a sweater that one of their members was not able to finish because of the member’s untimely death. And the group lovingly finished off the sweater and gave it to the one the deceased member had intended it for.
Today’s ODB entry today, linked above, begs the question … “What has God called us to do that we need to set about finishing in our life? “ And to answer that question for any/all of us today, I exhort my readers to take in the linked song and meditate on the Scriptures above; and then, … let us press on and finish the race set before us by our Lord.
My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, … for calling me to finish the race course You have set before me, Lord.
My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I’m praying that those who read with me here will press on TOGETHER to finish Your race, Lord, … the one You have set before us. … Amen
