My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread  Author, Kenneth Peterson -  AT THIS LINK  -  writes about a star NFL football player speaking to a large group of inmates at a Florida prison; and speaking from the Bible from the book of Isaiah; and about God’s Spirit leading in the time of worship where over 27 men surrendered their lives to Christ.      

And that represents the power of God’s truth to set free those who’ve been in bondage to our sin by surrendering in faith to follow Christ as our Lord and Savior.  Tho I wasn’t one of those inmates, … in one sense (i.e., being a prisoner to my sin), … that was me, a little over 40 years ago, being set free in Christ from my bondage to sin. …
