My Devotional Journal: Today’s  Our Daily Bread  Author, John Blase  -  AT THIS LINK  -   wrote that J.I. Packer, … renown Bible scholar and teacher, … after writing his famous book, Knowing God, was asked to summarize how Christians should live their lives; and he responded with four words, … ”Glorify Christ every way!” 

And therein lies the challenge of today’s ODB devotional.  How do we respond to J I Packers four word exhortation for our lives?  Yes, … after you, my readers, take in the linked song and meditate on the Scriptures above, which charge us from King David, The Apostles Paul and Peter, and no less than Jesus, Himself, … to live our lives to glory God and shine His light into the darkness of this world, … are we really living our lives to glorify God?  … Personally I have a way to go!   How about you?               

My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, … for  giving me Your enabling grace to live for You, my Lord.         

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I’m praying that those who read with me here will seek Your grace, Lord, to think, speak, and live for You today. …  Amen
