God reveals to John (and us) the power of the prayers of God’s people being like the grains of sand going up to God.                                                                                                                   ===============

Reference Passage: … Colossians 4:2 [NLT] …

Devote yourselves to prayer with an alert mind and a thankful heart.

Paul exhorts fellow Christian to devote themselves (ourselves) to pray to God with a thankful heart

My Devotional JournalToday's Our Daily Bread author, James Banks … AT THIS LINK  tells of how the research of Dr. Gary Greenberg, thru arenology (the study of sand), finds that there is so much more to a grain of sand then we see when we see them on a beach or in a dessert; or when we pick up a handful of sand (see photo).

And the ODB author today points to our prayers to God being like grans of sand, … far more potent and powerful than we might think; and valued by God far more than we likely imagine.  And if my readers have taken in the linked song and meditated on the Scriptures above, I hope we’re convicted, … as am I today …, that we (I) need to be sending up many more prayers to our (my) all-caring and all-hearing God than we (i) do.

My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, … for always being there to hear my prayers.

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I pray that all reading here will join me, …  to pray, … pray, … and pray some more … to You, Lord, … Who ALWAYS hears our grateful prayers.   … Amen
