My Devotional JournalToday's Our Daily Bread author, Kirsten Holmberg … AT THIS LINKtells of Andrew Wald, a Hungarian-born mathematician, who helped the US realize that the best way to fortify the American bombers during WW2 was to fortify the engine, which, if damaged, would bring the planes down.

And, with the reality that we are in a Spiritual battle - 24/7 - we Christians are charged and warned by God’s word (see Scriptures above) to do all we can to guard our hearts from the attacks of the Devil and the world upon our Spiritual engines - OUR MINDS! … And God’s word above shows us - as well as the linked song - that filtering what we see and experience thru our senses must be protected and filtered thru God’s truth (i.e., His word) so that God’s Spirit can guard and protect our hearts

Oh how I pray today that we’re doing all we can to protect our minds/hearts from the mind-blowing warfare we will face today.

My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, … for giving us Your truth, Lord, to guard our hearts in battle today … and tomorrow.

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I pray that all reading here will join me, … to hide behind the protection of God’s truth, protecting us from the arrows of our enemies again today. … Amen
