My Devotional Journal: Today's Our Daily Bread author, Anne Cetas AT THIS LINK writes of a young man who traveled the world, cycling [see photo] and getting to know people of all different kinds, … revealing that only God knows all about EVERYONE.
It’s a noble goal to try to learn about many/many different kinds of people; but ultimately we must come to the realization that only God is a “know-it-all;” … because only HE knows everything about everyone in this world. And as the Scriptures above reveal - TRUTHFULLY - our Lord knows all about everything which happens in our lives.
And so, I pray that, as Jeremy Camp sings in the linked song, we surrender and simply trust that God knows all about us - ALL OF US - today; and that, since He’s MY GOD, as all the Scriptures above point to, everything in my life, my God purposes for my good and His glory.
My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh Abba Father, ... thank You, Lord, … for watching over all in my life.
My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... I pray that all reading here will join me, to yield to the reality that our God knows all about everything in our lives; and it’s His purpose to make it all work for our good. … Amen
