Highlight Passage: … Ezra 3:6 [NLT] … 

6 Fifteen days before the Festival of Shelters began, Ezra and the Priests had begun to sacrifice burnt offerings to the Lord. This was even before they had started to lay the foundation of the Lord’s Temple.   

… Ezra and the Priests set about worshipping God first by building an altar for burnt sacrifices before even building the Temple foundation.

… The Apostle Paul teaches fellow Christians that they (we) must worship God by being in HIs word and singing songs which worship the Lord.  

My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread Author, Sheridan Voysey -  AT THIS LINK  -  tells abut  learning to put God FIRST … and above all else, … when building a non-profit organization.  

And that’s a lesson all us should learn - to put GOD FIRST and to worship the Lord above any and all things in our lives. So, I’m reviewing my TO DO list … today; …  and seeing if I’m starting my day by worshipping my Lord first; … and looking forward to tomorrow … and then, the day after that; …looking to put God first,,,  EVERYDAY !!      

My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, … for calling me to worship You in all I think, say, and do in life.       

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I’m praying today that those who read with me here will join me to put You first, Lord, in all we do each day. …   Amen
