My Devotional Journal: Today’s  Our Daily Bread  Author, Arthur Jackson -  AT THIS LINK  -  tells of how she and her husband, at their wedding, wanted to show how much God’s word would be leading their life together.  So, instead of having the bride’s 13-month old nephew go down the aisle as a “ring bearer,” they had him be a “Bible-bearer,” carrying a Bible down the aisle with imprints of their teeth in the cover, showing that the newly weds would be consuming God’s word to feed and lead them in life.      

And how many of us need to follow the lead of this newly wed couple in the ODB story, … by consuming God’s truth (as in the attached photo) to use God’s word as our sword in spiritual warfare and as our “GPS,” guiding us thru life.  I’m praying that today, as i do everyday, in Psalms 19:14 and 139:23-24  (see above) . Will you join me?     

My THANKFULNESS< ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, … for giving me Your word, Lord, to empower and guide me in life.       

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I’m praying that those who read with me here will consume Your truth, Lord, and let You guide us in life with Your word. .…  Amen
