My Devotional Journal: Today’s Our Daily Bread Author - Patricia Raybon … AT THIS LINK     …  related a story of two eight year old boys in a rural school who singled themselves out by wearing adult-like, business suits, to school on a Wednesday. And many of the other school kids copied the special dressing on Wednesdays which became “Dapper Wednesdays” at the school.  

I don’t know about my fellow Christian readers here today; but for my entire life I’ve dressed differently, … with a more “classy” look when I go to church, … dressing in a small, but obvious, way - to honor my Lord.  It’s become my little way to show that my Lord is important; and I know, from the Scriptures cited above, that my Lord is honored when we honor Him in some special way.   How about it; … are you with me in this simple, but special demonstration, … dressing for God’s Spirit.   

         

My Thanksgiving: … Oh, King Jesus, thank You, … for giving me Your Robes of Righteousness that I get to wear to show show off how special You are.                      

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I pray, … again today, … that all reading here will join me, …  to dress up to show Your special garments that I get to wear ALWAYS.   … AMEN
