My Devotional Journal: Today's Our Daily Bread author, Patricia Raybon, AT THIS LINK writes of how observers, viewing the moon thru a big telescope, observed that they were in awe of the vastness and wonder of God’s creation.

So, if we’re in awe of seeing the reality of the moon thru a telescopic [see photo] or looking into the vastness of the heavens at night, can we just imagine what it’s going to be like when we see God’s new heaven and when we are with the Lord in glory.  I, for one, have trouble conjuring up the image John revealed when God gave the Apostle a revelation of the glory of heaven [see highlight passage].

But, for sure, … if we believe what God’s word says above, … and I do, … we, as children of God, need to be singing our praises that one day we will join our Lord to worship Him with the Angels; and that, in glory, we will see Him face-to-face. So, I pray that all reading with me join with the group Hillsong in the linked song to praise our glorious Savior and do all we can today to reflect His glory by the way we live our lives to praise Him.

My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh Abba Father, ... thank You, Lord, … for letting me have the opportunity to shine Your light whenever I live for Your glory.

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... I pray, Lord, that all reading here will join me, as children of the Light of the World, to reflect some of His glorious light into an ever darkening world. Amen
