My Devotional Journal:</b> Today's Our Daily Bread author, Anne Cetas, AT THIS LINK uses a story of a young child wandering off to a local fair because of his ignorance of the dangers involved.
And in these pandemic and dangerous times, we see young people incurring much danger by doing stupid stuff, don’t we? So, where do we find the wisdom and discernment to traverse these dangerous times more safely?
Well, Solomon (see today’s highlight passage) was seeking that kind of wisdom; and he chose to seek Godly wisdom from His reverence in following his Lord. And as we read in all the truths above from God’s word, we see that fearing the Lord and seeking His will and ways is found by trusting the Lord and seeking His direction thru His word (see reference Scriptures above).
That’s why you find me here, meditating daily from God’s word, and journaling how my Lord uses His perfect “GPS” (i.e., His word) to lead me in life. And today I pray we all are seeking after Godly wisdom (see photo) from His perfect truth.
My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh Abba Father, ... thank You, Lord, … for showing me Your wise ways to go in life thru Your word.
My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... I pray that all reading here will join me to use God’s word as our perfect “GPS” in life. … Amen
