My Devotional Journal: Today's Our Daily Bread author, Dave Brandon AT THIS LINK … relates what a friend of his, named Bill, said when asked what he felt like when he turned from his past wickedness and sin to accept Jesus as His Lord; and what Bill said was … “Washed!”
And oh how I personally identify and empathize with that feeing that this other Bill had; because on April 13th, 1983, I went from angry atheist, addicted to habitual sexual sin, to a cleansed and redeemed son of God when I turn my life over to Jesus, … Who, according to all of the Scriptures above, shed His blood to save me - and prayerfully you too - by shedding His blood on the cross to cleanse any/all who come to repent and confess of our sins and to surrender our lives to King Jesus as Lord and Savior.
