My Devotional Journal: Today's Our Daily Bread author, Kirsten Holmberg, AT THIS LINK … tells of a young lady, named Darla, who, after 30 difficult chemo treatments, rang the cancer-survivor bell in the hospital with joy for being declared CANCER FREE.
And in seeing the attached photo, I think one can sense the joy that Darla must’ve felt at that moment. And that is the kind of joy that God’s word (see Scriptures above) calls us - in the Old and New Testaments - to express to our God with joyful and thankful singing, … expressing the joy we feel continually in knowing that our God has saved us from our sin and prepares a place for us in glory.
Do I sense you joining me in a robust HALLELUJAH as you read this, knowing that we follow and serve a wondrous Savior Who died that we might join Him in eternal glory?
