Highlight Passage: … !Corinthians 15:43 [NLT] …

43 Our bodies are buried in brokenness, but they will be raised in glory. They are buried in weakness, but they will be raised in strength.

… Paul relates the hopeful truth about our human brokenness and weakness which will be raised again in strength in glory.

Highlight Passage [Context]: … 1Corinthians 15:35-44 [NLT] …  USE THIS LINK … </b>

… Paul teaches truth about what it will be like in heaven when our earthy, perishable, bodies will be raised again in heaven to be imperishable.

                                             .

Highlight Passage [Context]: … Ezekiel 37:12-13 [NLT] … USE THIS LINK ...

… God prophesies, thru Ezekiel, of God resurrecting the brokenness of His chosen to His glory in heaven.

Highlight Passage [Context]: … John 11:25 [NLT] …  </b>

25 “I am the resurrection and the life.  Anyone who believes in me will live, even after dying. …”

… Jesus, for Martha at Lazarus’ death, and for all true believers, reaffirms the truth about resurrection to eternal live for all who believe in Him as Lord and Savior.

Highlight Passage [Context]: … Romans 8:11 [NLT] …

11 The Spirit of God, who raised Jesus from the dead, lives in you. And just as God raised Christ Jesus from the dead, He will give life to your mortal bodies by this same Spirit living within you.

… Paul teaches truth about God’s Sprit giving life eternal to all who are born-again believers.

My Devotional JournalToday's Our Daily Bread author, Sheridan Voysey, … AT THIS LINK  tells of the viral video - SEE THIS LINK  -  which circulated online of former prima ballerina with the New York ballet, Marta Gonzalez (see photo), dying of late-stage Alzheimers, who awoke and saw herself dancing again in Swan Lake when she heard the music of the ballet. Watch the video and see how God will bring to life all the broken bodies of believers in Christ when we are with Him in heaven.

And that is the hope that is conveyed in the highlight passage as the Apostle Paul related the truth of how we, in the brokenness of our aging - or even dying - bodies, … as born-again Christians, … will be raised again in glory with imperishable and unbroken bodies which - if we so desire - will dance again as Gordon Mote sings in the hopeful song, linked to raise your hopes of our going to glory to be with Jesus one day … maybe even today.

When I would visit my father, … slowly dying and wracked with pain and brokenness in a nursing care facility, … he would ask me to read the highlight passage from 1Cor 15, because he wanted to hear and envision what it would be like to have no pain or disabilities.   And now he is there!! … And I praise the Lord for the reality of our hope in glory.  And I pray that all reading here with me have that hope as we live out our days with the reality of one day dancing again with Jesus - or whatever your hope will be in glory.

My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, … as I live out today in some pain and brokenness, knowing that I will one day walk with You, Lord, painless and care free.

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I pray that all reading here will join me, …  to hold on the the hope we have to walk one day with You, Lord, … in the garden of glory.    Amen
