My Devotional JournalToday's Our Daily Bread author, Lisa M Samra … AT THIS LINK  told of President Roosevelt, praying via radio on June 6, 1944, about the thousands of men who were about to live their lives on D-day, saying,  “They fight not for the lust of conquest. They fight to end conquest. They fight to liberate.”

The night before Jesus was to give His life to save us all, He told His disciples that there is no greater love for others than to be willing to lay down our lives in sacrifice for others (see highlight passage).

So, my friend, … my fellow disciple of Christ, … after we take in the linked song and the Scriptures above, what are we willing to do TODAY to show our love for someone in our lives, ,,, someone who needs our love and a little bit of help today (see photo)?

My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, … give Your all Your love so that I can give some it to someone today.

My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I pray that all reading here will join me, …  to reach out and share some of Your love with someone today.  … Amen
