My Devotional Journal: Today's Our Daily Bread author, Xochitl Dixon … AT THIS LINK … wrote of a friend who, because of shame of past immorality, felt that God was judging her when she had a miscarriage. But then coming to know Christ as her Lord and Savior, she walked free from the past shame, learning and having faith in God’s promises of restoration and renewal by Christ’s finished work on the cross.
And I’m praying today that all reading here with me have taken in the linked song and meditated on the Scriptures above, and have faithfully come to recognize that in our faith in Christ and his grace and love have cleansed us from past sins, … allowing us to follow Christ, FREE from our past by God’s ever faithful and eternal love.
And if anyone reading here feels burdened by shame or guilt from past sins, take in all the TRUTHS above and be freed from the shame, … realizing that Christ has freed you by shedding His blood for your eternal forgiveness. Be free and restored in Christ, my friend!!
My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, … for setting me free and restoring me from ALL ALL MY SINS by Your death on that cross.
My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I pray that all reading here will join me, … to praise our LORD for setting us free from our sins by our confession and repentance and our relationship with You, King Jesus. Amen
