My Devotional Journal: Today's Our Daily Bread author, Patricia Raybon, … AT THIS LINK … tells of the devastating East Troublesome Fire in the fall of 2020 in Colorado which consumed over 100,000 acres of land/property. However, the fire which could have been so much worse in terms of damage had not a surprising - and early - snowfall blanketed the area (see photo).
Our God, thru many of His writers in His word (see Scriptures above) has shown His mercy and grace and power by intervening when His people have needed it; … much like the snow which fell on the East Troublesome Fire in Colorado.
Perhaps you have a story of how God intervened with His enabling grace to save you or help you overcome a fire-storm of trouble in your life. I sure do! And I hope - and pray - that we have the opportunity to share that testimony of God’s amazing grace with someone soon … maybe even today.
My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, … for how You have rained Your grace down in my life so often to quell the fire-storms which painfully burned in my life.
My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I pray that all reading here will join me, … to heartily praise You, Lord, for covering us with Your amazing grace … day by day by day. … Amen
