My Devotional Journal: Today's Our Daily Bread author, Arthur Jackson AT THIS LINK writes of Glen Kehrein, who, after the assignation of Dr. King in 1968, developed a ministry to promote racial reconciliation in Chicago which God used to help the races to come together in some degree of harmony in those days.
And yet, … here we are, over three decades later; … and we’re still in need of all that is pictured in the attached photo! Oh how I pray that all reading here with me can come together as Christ’s Body and do all we can to promote the reconciliation that God has for ANYONE and EVERYONE who is willing to repent of our sinful separation and come together and receive the reconciling and saving blood of Christ.
My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh Abba Father, ... thank You, Lord, … for receiving and cleansing me of my sinfulness to be reconciled and loved by You.
My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... I pray that all reading here will join me, … to do all we can today - and tomorrow - to break down the walls of division and be reconciled to God’s love and togetherness. … Amen
