… Jesus charges ALL DISCIPLES (and that’s us too!!) to share God’s love with others … just as He was (and IS) willing to share His love with us.

… Paul showed others that because Christ lived in him, he (Paul) could give of himself to others as Christ had shown love for him.
My Devotional Journal: Today's Our Daily Bread author, Monica La Rose, AT THIS LINK … tells of being emotionally touched by seeing a photo of Princess Diana fearlessly and lovingly reaching out to shake hands of an AIDS patient (see attached photo) in a day when there was great fear about how the deadly AIDS virus was transmitted.
Diana was fearless in sharing her love and compassion for the man with AIDS, just like Jesus shared His love and compassion with a leper (see Matt 8:1-3). And that’s the way Jesus has commanded that we, His disciples, share his love - fearlessly and compassionately - with others (see John 13:34-35); and because of the way our Heavenly Father has shared His eternal love wiih all of us (see John 3:16).
But are we? … Well, today is another opportunity to live out God’s call for us to share His love with others. So, let’s pray for God to give us ways to do just that today.
My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, … for reaching out with Your hand of love to me EVERYDAY.
My Prayer Today: Oh Abba Father, ... King Jesus, ... . I pray that all reading here will join me, … to give those of us who are Your disciples opportunities TODAY to share Your love with others, …fearlessly and compassionately! … Amen
