My Devotional Journal: Today's Our Daily Bread author, Kirsten Holmberg … AT THIS LINK … tells of a young man, named Chris, whose body was healed by a bone marrow transplant, which left his life-saving blood in this young man with new DNA.
And that is a real-life physical picture of what Spiritually happens to born-again Christians when we surrender our lives to receive God’s saving grace when we truly believe - in faith - that Jesus shed His blood on the cross to re-make us into His image for eternity. And that’s the repeated - AND TRUE - message that the Apostle Paul brought to others as he shared the Gospel with many in his day (see all the Pauline Scriptures above).
And if you, … as I do, … believe the truth of Paul’s words above, as well as the message of the linked song by Big Daddy Weave, I pray that all reading here with me, will go out today and live our remade lives for King Jesus as we show others our Christlike lives, being made-over to live like our Lord.
My THANKFULNESS: ... Oh, Abba Father, thank You, King Jesus, … for Your Spirit remaking me into Your image, Lord, so others will see You in the way I live today.
